No licence is required. Pedal-assist e-bikes are legal in Vietnam without a licence. Guests should be comfortable on a standard bicycle. Minimum age for the self-ride is 12 years; younger children can join as a passenger on a parent's back child seat on request.
A 15% deposit holds your bike and guide (10% if the total is $100 or more). Deposit is paid through ecotripasia.com using PayPal or Visa/Mastercard via PayPal, with a 4% processing fee shown before paying.
